LAKES REU End of Summer Presentation

We are hosting a public forum at The Raw
Deal in Menomonie, including students and
UW-Stout faculty from a variety of
disciplines (anthropology, biology, psychol-
ogy, engineering, and mathematics). We will
present our summer 2022 research spon-
sored by the National Science Foundation
and the Freshwater Collaborative of
Wisconsin. Projects will focus on how we
can fix our polluted watershed and the
sustainable use of water in kidney bean
production. This is a significant expansion
of our research from previous summers
that will facilitate data-driven discussions
on a range of issues related to sustainabil-
ity in our community. Please come and
